The retreat is situated on 6 1/2 acres, of which 1 1/2 are undeveloped.

The developed grounds cover five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens created by the designer of Isla Bonita and Playa El Agua Resort. There is also a lagoon with a waterfall and a Palm frond roofed 50' diameter churuata for outdoor entertaining.
